We will use CharmShotAI to simplify the process of overlaying text on any image.
Step 1: First, check the language of the text in the image. If it’s other than English, select that language at the bottom of the design panel section named “Select Image Text Language”.
English is the default language.
Step 2: Import your image to the CharmShotAI editor. Adjust the "Size" of the editor by dragging its sliders left or right. Adjust content padding so that your image fits in the editor.
Step 3: Scroll down in the design panel to the middle, where you will find the “Add Replace words” feature.
Click on the “Add Replace words” feature button, and a UI with two inputs, a text size slider, and a delete button will appear. If you click on the button, another UI will appear if you want to overlay another text.
This UI has two inputs: Word and Replace, a text size slider to increase or decrease the text size of the overlay text, and a delete button to delete the UI.
Let’s say your image has the text “John”, and you want to overlay “Jane” on top of “John”.
It’s easy to do that with CharmShotAI.
Just type in “John” in the input “Word” and type in “Jane” in the input “Replace”. The AI will take the word “Jane” and overlay it over the text “John” in the image at the correct position. You can change the text size slider of the “replace” text to your liking.
If you want to overlay another text, simply click on the “Add Replace words” button and repeat the above step.
